Just because the wheels are spinning does not mean we are headed in the right direction in Texas. If we're talking just state-maintained roads, that's over 80,000 miles on the road to end up nowhere we wanted to be at the end of the day. The issues driving Texans just might  not be a priority for those driving our government in Austin.
