The design choice for this campaign website is simple. If you return after the first visit, you are not here for the bells and whistles, or the red, white and blue colors that are customary for most political candidates. You are here for agreement that we still have the grit needed to put power back where it belongs - with the people. You are here because the times for soundbites have passed. The doublespeak that has elected some into office is no longer acceptable. Here, you have a candidate that expects push back and welcomes it. (See About page)
Election cycles have come and gone. Yet, in Texas the winning edge still favors only one party. With a winning streak like that, solving real problems is not the point. The point is to choose the issues that keep the issue-motivated voters showing up at the polls. Their point is to keep the winning edge by any means necessary.
There is only one point intended for this campaign. That point? Big donors or special interests have no place here. Every word on this site is about one thing—amplifying the voices of Texans across the state. Your voice. Your choice. Your Texas. Your only duty is to make decisions that will favorably affect current and future generations of Texans.
